About the conceptual director . . .

Lindsey Bailey holds a degree in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin.

Lindsey pushes the traditional boundaries of sculpture, incorporating mixed media to create installation art. As a teacher of art classes for kids and adults, many of Lindsey's works are influenced by how children react to the world—with an unselfconscious, happy-go-lucky, safe and imaginative wonder.

Lindsey is a native Texan who moved back to Austin a few years ago. She has served on the board for the Visual Arts Alliance of Nashville, Tennessee and her work has been featured on Nashville Public Radio and HGTV. Lindsey currently teaches art at San Juan Diego Catholic High School. Her artwork can be viewed at www.cakecrush.com.

Poof!! In Movement came about as an opportunity to expand the definition of installation and creative vision through performance.
